STAFF NOTES

For those who use Adobe Illustrator, here’s a good tip to avoid Illustrator’s copy/paste issues when trying to do so from thumbnail view in XP. Go to your file manager, right click on the image you’re trying to bring in to Illustrator, select OPEN WITH, then select Illustrator. Illustrator will then open with your selected image. Illustrator has no problem pasting from within Illustrator, so you can open the images you need as described above (which creates several open pages in illustrator), and when you want everything on the same page, go to the Illustrator page that has the image you want, select it, then chose COPY, and go to the Illustrator page you want all the images on, and select PASTE.

Yours, in heraldry,

Mike, Ryan, Rick, Gretchen
