There are arms and crests included that are not easily found elsewhere. The author knows little of armory as he refers to both Arms and crests as crests, he undoubtedly had them copied and from his reference materials that he unfortunately does not reference in detail..

An old book with a missing spine and a plain boxboard cover, the cover is coated paper white on the inside, dark blue on the outside with the edges not wrapped. The spine / binding is glued with no stitching. On the spine a thin strip is glued with Grefvar typed followed by VAPENBOK in ink and in pencil ?herrar o. Adeliga. The inside the front cover has Svenska Vapen (Sweedish Arms) printed in pencil and possibly an erased name. The first (remaining) page has the single word Grefvar (Counts) the following pages have numbered and named Illustrations of armorial achievements. Presumably of the Swedish Counts. The next section is titled Friherrar, followed by Tilläggningaf Förfigaigne Friherre Wapn., then Ridders- och Adelsmän The plates are printed on a thick rag paper typical of the 1600s and 1700s, the title pages and index / errata are on a thinner rag paper.
